This song is made based on a story from Coffee Boy’s homepage.
I’m not qualified to do translations for an obvious reason — I simply not good. But I feel the needs to share the content of the letter because I think it’s special. So I’ll summarize(?) the letters with the help from mister Google and miss Naver to aid my skill. ^^
On 7 April 2012, someone sent a letter to Coffee Boy’s homepage. She wrote that one day, her husband told her that he found a good song and asked her to listen to it. It was a song by Coffee Boy whom name she never heard of. At that time she was distracted with other things. Then not long after, in December, her husband who still at the young age, died from heart attack. She was left alone and comforted by her husband’s favorite song. Throughout the years they were dating and live together as spouse, she has received the most precious true heart in the world from him that she feels like the happiest woman in the world! By listening to Coffee Boy’s song, you can feel the pure and clear emotions that it’s really nice to hear so she feels very thankful cuz it helps heal her mind.
And then around a year later, she left another message on the bulletin after she heard the phrase ‘I can’t forget first love’ on TV. She had the hunch that her story might be introduced and to her surprise, it was! It means they read her story.. She feels that God had prepare such a wonderful gift. It was an ‘I can’t forget first love’ with thrill, tears, and excitement. She was very thankful to get such a big gift from Coffee Boy who has given her the unforgettable feeling and comfort. She was looking forward to the day when the song will release so she could tell her husband later, and gift it to him. End of story.. I hope I’m not too far off the meaning. How wonderful it is to have moment like this where you can restore your memory with the loved one in the form of song, sung by your dear’s favorite.. This song is extra meaningful after figuring its background story.
Oh by the way after those years, the song were never officially released… until today. Coffee Boy wrote “Finally it is released. How are you?” 🙂
