THE UNIT (더 유닛) – Special Show Teaser Making Story

A few days ago, KBS releases these cool posters ahead of the special show — The Unit Special for Lunar New Year and recaps of the final episode. On the Feb 18th, the special show started with the announcement cut of final line up and the after story. Tears here and there as they congratulate the members and bid goodbye. ㅠㅠ

I can’t help but be in tears too watching them crying and consoling each other.. I watch fancams and it was a lot sadder. ㅠㅠ Jun must’ve feel bad for Donghyun that he cried like a baby.. Hansol went to Timo and Hojung whose hugging each other tightly without saying anything. He hugs them and bawling loudly — whoever said Hansol and Timo were in conflict can get lost. Euna and Sooji’s warm words to each other are the major source of tears falling out non stop. Their relationship is something that I adore.. The feeling watching them on stage, sharing and pouring out their emotions to one another is very special to me as if I am parting with closes friends or family. 😦 Thank you for the wonderful moment you’ve given me for the past 6 months.. I’ll cherish those and anticipating what’s coming.

After the final stage, they show the summary of their first official activity! Guerilla concert at Yeongdeungpo Times Square. You can find more fancam here in my previous post 🙂

This special also feature the behind story of every members of Unit B and Unit G — their journey, the unseen footage as well as mentors words about some of them. I like this episode and it is indeed ‘special’. This can serve as a cure for withdrawal. haha I am sooo in need of follow up episode like this. Looking forward for what they have in store for this 24th Feb.

After the members’ story ended, they showed the behind story of teaser making. Little did I know shooting those cool posters above is not as easy as it may seem! Battling with the freezing ice wind was the greatest hurdle for each one of them. It’s funny to watch though :p

After the cool walking, they ran for their lives. hahaha

Just looking at their hair make me goosebumps. I’ve experience Korean winter and I can imagine how cold it is… *goosebumps*

So the teaser making film shows how each one of them given a specific role to play. We don’t know when will the teaser come out but here’s a gist of it.
