Okay so here it is… I have trouble adjusting the lyrics with the song. I was trying not to concern much about the not-so-match lyrics and song but it does bother me. Maybe my ears being too sensitive? lol.. I maintain the original lyrics (korean) but changed a bit at romanization (marked as *). Just lil bit based on what I hear. I repeat the song for so many times for goodness sake. And because of that I really want to sync the chorus lyrics too (the ‘noryeok noryeok’ part), as if something is missing or I need to add any words but I’m afraid I’ll make mistakes so I leave it as it is. * & ** = technically 뱁새 means “Korean crow-tit,” but there’s a phrase in Korean which is “뱁새가 황새 걸음을 걸으면 가랑이가 찢어진다,” translated as “if a crow-tit walks like a stork, it will break its legs.” The meaning is that you’ll ruin yourself if you try to imitate someone better than you.
*** = # 포 세다 refers to a recent cultural phenomenon commented on by the media, accusing this generation of having “given up” on various things (love, happiness, buying a house, getting a job etc).
**** = hands and feet shriveling up means that something is so cheesy/corny or unrealistic that it gives you a viscerally disgusted reaction.
